I would love it if you would share your reactions to the images and words on my site. Please use the e-mail address above to send me a note.
If you are a therapist, social worker, counselor of any kind, and/or an educator, you are welcome to use these images and words in your individual and/or group counseling sessions. There is no cost to you to do so; however, I would be very grateful if you were to send me an e-mail and describe how you used the material, how many people were present, how many women, how many men, and what the responses were.
If you are interested in using this material but you do not wish to use a computer in order to project the images, please contact me so that I can arrange to send you a kit containing placards of the images and text. I have shown this work on tables, walls, and even floors, where people can pick up images that they want to discuss or look at more closely. Please allow for at least six weeks to receive Split Leaf in kit form. I will likely have to ask you to help with the cost of this kit.
Please keep in mind, as well, that (as I have stated elsewhere) Split Leaf is copyrighted and therefore you may not print or distribute this material without my permission.
I am considering turning Split Leaf into a large format book; I have other pieces of writing and documents that are part of the history of this work. I would be grateful for testimonials, from anyone affected in any way by rape - and from therapists who have used the work with their clients. I would appreciate your sharing your comments that might some day (soon?!) be published in a book.
